Logistics — delivery management

Integrate shipping into your ordering process on the storefront, connect logistics operators and manage the configuration of rules to determine the delivery cost and period.

Capabilities

Manage delivery services and pick-up points

Connect and manage delivery services. Configure delivery service parameters: services, payment methods, restrictions on dangerous and bulky cargo.

Pick-up points are imported and updated from the API service. This includes pick-up points, postamats, stores, terminals.

Order tracking and status mapping

The system receives order status information from the shipping company and displays it for the customer. Different delivery services have different status names, so Logisitics compares them with the accepted OMS status model.

Delivery period calculation formula

The service calculates the time to pick an order, takes into account the working hours of the seller’s warehouse and distribution centre, the cut-off time for picking, and checks the delivery period with logistics operators.

The result is the total period during which the store will deliver the goods to the customer in the required city or will be able to pick the order for self-pickup at the store.

Time slots

Set up delivery or pickup slots and plan your workload.

Tariffs

Set up the shipping cost in various ways (for each transport company):
  • By place of dispatch
  • By delivery zones
  • By delivery regions
Mark your own delivery zones directly on the map.
